How much is domestic shipping?
- Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout, and is free for orders over $35!
How much is shipping everywhere else?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout.
**A note for international customers: Citrus Tree is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please also note: USPS service to Australia is currently suspended due to COVID restrictions.
I placed an order! When will I get it?
- YAY! THANK YOU! Orders ship from our Citrus Tree home office in Snohomish, WA within 3 business day from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 3-6 business days. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.
I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?
If you are in the USA and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Citrus Tree is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.
Returns & Exchanges
- I gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
**Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
